At Precision Research UK Ltd, we are committed to providing premium-grade peptides for laboratory research. Given the sensitive nature of our products and our strict quality-control protocols, we maintain a specific policy regarding returns, replacements and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any products. Once an order is placed and dispatched, we cannot swap or trade items for different variations or products. We encourage all researchers to double-check their requirements before completing a purchase.
2. Core Policy Overview
Due to the risk of cross-contamination and the temperature-sensitive nature of peptides, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, handled, or are no longer in their original sealed condition, unless the product is verified as defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our logistics, but we understand that transit issues can occur.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives with physical damage (e.g. broken vials or compromised seals), we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to initiate a quality review.
4. Refunds
Where a replacement is not possible (e.g. the product is out of stock or you prefer a refund), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5β10 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is being refunded due to a fault on our side.
5. How to Initiate a Claim
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:
- Timeline: Issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Contact: Email our support team at Contact@precisionresearchpeptides.co.uk or call us on 0800 779 7675.
- Evidence: Please include your order number and attach clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Storage: Ensure the product remains in the state it arrived. Do not attempt to use or further manipulate a damaged vial while your claim is being processed.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it is considered final. To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible quoting your order number β we will do our best to stop the order before it ships, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
7. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours and household. If after 48 hours you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier. Lost-in-transit claims must be raised within 14 days of the dispatch date.
8. Research-Use-Only Notice
Important: Precision Research UK Ltd products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. We reserve the right to deny replacement or refund requests if there is evidence of product misuse or if the claim is submitted outside of the 7-day window.
